First and foremost, we promise to deliver the best custom cut cedar that you can buy. Since all lumber orders are cut specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged in shipping. If your items are damaged in shipping, please make sure you note this on the delivery ticket, and contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days.Please measure your project carefully. Since we are custom cutting according to your measurements.
- All products are customized and not returnable (unless damaged).
- Contact us within 7 days with photos of damages.
- Customer may need to pay for return shipping.
Shipping Policy
- We offer custom cutting and free shipping on most orders of $89.00 or more to the contiguous 48 states.
- Free T-Shirt for any order over $400. If you qualify for a free shirt, please specify the the needed size in the note section at checkout. If the Size is not reported, the free shirt will be forfeited.
- Orders under $89.00 are subject to a $39.00 shipping charge.
- Please allow 3-10 business days for order cutting and processing, in most cases. This is depending on size and availability of stock. Your order will be shipped via Freight or UPS Ground.
- We ship anywhere in the continental United States.
